What we believe
AI platforms need more than a model.
Most AI products give you a chat interface and call it a platform. Riven is different. We build distinct surfaces because different workflows need genuinely different tools — not the same interface reskinned.
The platform underneath — the gateway, identity, orchestration, and deployment model — is what makes the products coherent. Without a serious platform, you have a collection of disconnected tools. With one, you have a system.
We operate Riven with the same discipline we expect from enterprise infrastructure. That means staged rollouts, controlled access, audit-grade logging, and deployment models that do not cut corners.

Clarity over convergence
Every Riven product has a distinct purpose and a defined audience. We do not collapse products into each other for the sake of simplicity. A product that does everything well does nothing particularly well.
Infrastructure before features
Identity, gateway, orchestration, and deployment discipline are platform foundations — not bolt-ons. We build the infrastructure first and let the products sit on top of it.
Operated, not just shipped
We believe in running software with seriousness. Blue/green deployments, staged rollouts, environment-aware banners, and operational discipline are defaults — not options.
Breadth is a strategy
Riven covers reasoning, browsing, execution, media, intelligence, and developer access. This is intentional. A platform that serves many distinct workflows is harder to displace than a single-surface product.

Product
Six products. One platform.
Riven Chat, Relay, Riven Forge, Riven API, Riven Studio, and Stratoveil. Each is a distinct surface with a specific job. Stratoveil is a portfolio brand — not renamed into a generic "Intel" tier. We maintain the name because the market position is built on it.
Architecture
A coherent system, not a bundle.
One AI gateway (Riven API), one identity layer (Riven Auth), one orchestration system (Riven Flow), one communications layer (Riven Comms). Products are surfaces on top of this stack — they share infrastructure, not just a domain.
Approach
We ship opinionated defaults.
We make choices. Dark mode default. Deployment model. Product naming. Platform breadth. These are positions we hold, not settings we expose. A platform without opinions is just infrastructure you have to configure yourself.
