New — Self-serve developer API keys: mint, rotate, and revoke your own keys, no ticket required. See Authentication & keys.
New — Embeddings API is publicly available: POST /v1/embeddings returns 768-dimension vectors. See the API reference.
New — Usage endpoint: GET /billing/quota returns your plan and limits for any API key.
New — Developer docs: quickstart, model catalog with plan-tier gating, full API reference, and an error reference.
Fixed — The riven-default, riven-chat-md, riven-chat-lg, and riven-agent model aliases were returning errors; all four now resolve correctly.
Improved — API key security hardening: keys are verified by full-key hash and displayed with longer, unambiguous prefixes.

New — Chat answers are now grounded in live web search with inline citations.
New — Riven Computer: live streaming of task output, cancel and retry, and per-task metering transparency at rivenai.io/computer.
Fixed — Sign-in reliability: the occasional “state mismatch” error during sign-in is resolved.
Improved — Plan balance card in Chat → Settings → Stats: plan, usage, and upgrade path in one place.
